To ensure a smooth experience, please review our return and exchange terms carefully:
Eligibility Criteria:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the packaging as received.
- All tags must be attached. Items missing tags will not be eligible for return or exchange.
- Sale items or items purchased with a discount code are eligible for exchanges, subject to availability. Refunds for such items will be credited to your Domanza store account.
Request Process:
Notify us of your exchange request via WhatsApp within three days of delivery. Requests made beyond this time frame cannot be processed. Click to chat.
Fees:
- Exchange fees apply and may differ from standard delivery fees.
- Return shipping fees are applicable and are calculated based on your location (EGP 90 for Cairo/Giza, 100 EGP for Alexandria, 110 EGP for other areas).
Refund Process:
- Cash refunds are not available. Refunds will be processed through Instapay, bank transfer, or digital wallets, after deducting applicable return fees.
- Refunds may take 7–15 working days to process after the item is picked up and inspected.
Inspection & Acceptance:
- All returned items will be inspected to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria.
- Domanza reserves the right to refuse returns if items are used or not in their original packaging.
